Welcome to RulerPro. By accessing or using our screen ruler application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the tool.

1. Usage Disclaimer & Liability

RulerPro is provided as a free helper utility "as-is" without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure accurate calculations and render correct physical scales via credit card calibration:

• ⚠We do not guarantee perfect accuracy for critical applications including architectural blueprints, surgical calculations, aerospace drafting, or heavy manufacturing tasks.
• ⚠The physical size on screen depends directly on user calibration precision. We are not liable for errors, losses, or incorrect prints resulting from distorted scales.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, education, educational, or professional design measurement tasks. Scraping our built pages, injecting advertisements, or repackaging RulerPro code to sell in desktop marketplaces without developer attribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Updates and Modifications

Since RulerPro is maintained client-side, we reserve the right to alter layout dimensions, add/remove unit measurements, or modify keyboard controls at any time without prior notifications.
